Communication in Groups and Organizations

I thought this experiment was pretty neat. I was amazed at how much the participants acted out their roles. I was also surprised that more prisoners did not leave as soon as they were subject to some of the humiliating things the guards introduced. Do you think any modifications to this experiment would've resulted in a different outcome?
